I’ve been thinking about the children being separated from their mothers at the border, I can only imagine the heart strings being ripped, the souls being tortured by separation. I pray that bonds will remain, challenged but unbroken, and that the children will very soon find their way back into their parents’ arms – what a joyful and blissful reunion that will be! My heart breaks for them all, and I hug my boys tighter and reach out with gentle touches every time we are near.
