Shipping policy

NOTE: I offer Global Shipping. For orders to the UK and EU, please shop in my etsy shop for the same items! www.KmBerggren.etsy.com - can't find the items? Email Katie at Katie@KmBerggren.com. I will need to see a screenshot of your Shopping Cart, or a list of what you'd like to order, and I will then make your art available in the etsy shop.

Orders up to $180 USD will incur a VAT/Import Fee, and orders above this amount will require VAT/Import Fee collection at your border.

 

Order Processing Times:

►Paper Prints: Paper prints are created in-studio, signed by the artist, and ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 8pm PST will process on the next day. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

►Stretched Canvas Prints: Canvas prints are printed onto canvas then stretched over wooden stretcher bars. These are created by my professional photography lab, are ready to ship in 5-8 days, and ship direct to you from the lab via FedEx or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

►Glass Pendants: These handmade items require 3-4 days for  creation, before shipping.

 

International Shipping: I ship all over the world. The buyer is responsible for all VAT Taxes, Import Fees, Customs Fees and Duties upon the package arriving in the destination country. There is no way for me to estimate these fees in advance and include them in the shipping cost. These fees are also not refundable.

 

Shipping Costs & Taxes: Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of your package. USA buyers can use the $5 flat rate for standard shipping regardless of weight. Books are shipped via Media Mail if purchased alone. I do not offer pick-up or local delivery. Taxes are implemented based on the delivery City & State.
