Walking with my husband and sons yesterday, we were remembering my Grandpa Lee ~ his joy about snacks, his humor, the twinkle in his eye, his kindness, his pleasure found in playing chess. On the walk, I could see his smile glowing in my mind, and still can. His light still shines, as does the light of my Father.
I’ve loved and lost 2 very special men – and their light is easy for me to see. The light of our loved ones still shines ~ from our hearts, from our eyes ~ bathing us and those we hold in our arms. May we always feel their warmth.
