Just as I hope you can find time to do, I am truly following my joy… years ago I sketched a design and have been inspired by that sketch over and over. I LOVE using a familiar composition as an opportunity to play with color and whimsy. I am inspired by my early work, and that seems healthy and neat to me 
I have created two new paintings inspired by this early design, so far, I anticipate I’ll create four then put them together into an awesome collage print. I am also continuing my monochromatic adventure
These paintings give me such a summer-freedom feeling… hour after hour, just creating. They are lighting me up and I’m thrilled to see on my IG and FB pages that they are making many mothers smile
