I am so honored to present the happy result of a project many months in the making ~ a new illustrated & published children’s book honoring a topic that is close to my heart… breastfeeding.
Mama’s Milkies is a children’s book about a full term breastfeeding child. The reader will follow the little toddler (painted as a gender neutral little sweetie in 12 full color images) through the day as they wake and play, read, sing and finally drift off to sleep. All the while knowing that mommy still has “Milkies” when they feel like nursing.

It was a pleasure to create this book with Stephanie, her lovely words inspired me ~ and we carefully brought this book to life. The end result is a sweet little treasure.

The first 6 paintings will be released at a VAO on Thursday, January 30 from 4-5pm PST. The second 6 paintings will be released at a second VAO on Friday, January 31 from 730-830am.
