From DEEP in the KmBerggren Vault...

KATIE BERGGREN

I hope you enjoyed the 10 days journey back into the KmBerggren Vault (there are still pieces available), that ended last Wednesday. Since then I've been working on custom holiday gifts for my collectors, packing end of year gifts and calendars (I have 2 left in stock), and generally just taking care of the beautiful and caring people that give my artwork as gifts each year. I appreciate you ALL, so much.

Today, just for fun, I thought I'd just share a piece from deep in the vault - The Son In My Eyes, from the early 2000s. This journey back in time has helped to re-center me with my artwork and the initial pull that made me pick up the pencils and paints.

And before I picked up colored pencils and paints, I grabbed the computer mouse and had a blast with digital illustrations that were used in a multitude of magazines and marketing campaigns. These made me smile today:

Honestly, my goal as an artist is to make others smile, and to FEEL. So I plan to keep doing that.

Wishing you a lovely week's end!

Love & Sincerely, Katie
