I’m looking at these new paintings for the Open Skies Collection as windows, too, just like Y.C ♥ – especially the new painting called Endure.
Endure is a brand-new original painting from my Open Skies Collection. She is hand-crafted onto 30x15 inch deep canvas, and ready to hang with no frame required. I am looking forward to seeing the space she will live in, and the room she will brighten up. She is like a window to a more-peaceful world… do you have a room that needs a fresh window?
She’s currently hanging in my studio, and providing me a view of a magical horizon, and bringing to my studio a feeling of quiet serenity.

In Safe Hands is a new piece in this collection, too, she’s a smaller piece on paper, super-quality and textured, while remaining lower on the cost-scale.
Paintings on paper have a smaller price
because of a few factors:
~they require less paint – no edges to finish
~they require less varnish – it doesn’t soak in as much as it does on canvas
~they require less time because the paper holds the paint differently, requiring less layers
~they don’t require a wire to be added, because you get to frame them!
~they contain the same amount of love, attention and intention in each brush stroke
~they have their own charm, they are subtle expressions of love and time, and you can FEEL the weight of the paint and layers when you hold the painting
~they also ship for a smaller price since they weigh less!
