What a great place! I took my 90 year old Grandmother and my two little boys to Paper Tiger Coffee Roasters in Vancouver Washington last week and we had a regular field trip 
Ken, Paper Tiger’s owner, gave us a tour, some demonstrations (including the spinning coffee roaster filmed below) and we were wrapped in the smell of fresh roasted beans for an hour while Ken hung my paintings.
I have never been keen on the scent of coffee, but this was the first time that my nose told me this was a clean and fresh, pure product. Versus something burnt and smelly.
