I was recently waiting in my car for my sister who is my hair-stylist. I was about to get my shortest cut ever, and I'm still adjusting to it :)
She was running late and I had forgotten my journal, but I had a little notebook tucked in the car. I had a flood of inspiration to use... a bunch of women in my head needed to come out... It's all perspective, isn't it? I could have sat and stewed, but instead I sat and drew, and now I have fresh hope for new paintings.
I belong to a few Minimalist groups on Facebook and asked if people keep used calendars for the data (we keep beautiful images). I was curious whether they/we should keep notes/workouts/activities/appointments...
The response I got was big and MANY of the people admitted that they don't even use physical calendars anymore, they've gone fully digital.
This is a little disheartening as someone who designs calendars. But I also totally get it. I am personally NOT THERE yet - all digital. I'm still very much a pencil and pen on paper girl. I need my journals and to-do lists.
How about you?
But it did get me thinking...
...that I purchased too many extra calendars this year. So I'm putting on a sale today. I am okay with admitting that I guessed wrong (I just don't want to sound like a car salesman!).
♥Save $4 on 2023 Calendars ~ next year I will order fewer. It's hard to predict demand as a small business. VERY hard.
Thank you so much for your loyalty, I hope you have a GREAT week's end! Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.
Love & Sincerely, Katie
