Baby Is Still Inside
Isn’t it funny how coming across past photos and videos of our babies does strange things to us? We sometimes wish we could go back to those moments for just hours or days. But then, we look into the eyes of our big kiddos, and we realize… those babies are still there!
They are just tucked inside, and they still need just the same amount of love and tenderness 
even though they may not outwardly ask for it.

My little boy, though 7, now, still gets this look, and has these deep, whimsical eyes.
I notice them mostly after he’s had a fresh haircut.
