My son has been home all week with a yucky cold, which requires that I get creative with my time-to-work. Isn’t that such a part of being a mom? Being creative with how we fit in “our” time amongst all the doing-for-others that we do? I would bet that moms are some of the most time-creative people on the planet

The new mini original painting for this week is a mama so soft and warm, with jewel tones. I truly enjoyed creating her. Her name is Follow My Lead, and she has SOLD, because a collector who saw her on Facebook (before she was completely done) asked to claim her. YOU can do this too… if you ever see a piece in process (I like to post them on Facebook and Instagram) and feel a connection, don’t hesitate to ask if you can snag her. I’ll let you know if someone else has already done so, or if the piece is a commissioned piece. First Come First Served is how it has to be with these mini original paintings.
